ORDERS
All our SCS PRESTIGE items are available for purchase on our website.
To place an order, add an item to your cart by clicking the "order" button on the selected item's page. Be sure to indicate the desired size and quantity, if necessary. Once you've selected your items, finalize your order by clicking "my cart" and then "finalize my order."
You can then modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before proceeding to payment.
You will be asked to complete your shipping and billing address by choosing one of the following two options:
- log in if you already have an SCS account
- create an SCS account if you are ordering for the first time on our site.
Your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Choose and enter your payment method to finalize your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. Once your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking number to continue the delivery of your package.

Log in to your customer area and click on “my orders”. You will then be able to check the status of your order:
Processing : the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Completed : Your order has been shipped to the delivery address you provided when you purchased online. You can track your order using the tracking number.
Pending : payment for the order has not been finalized, a customer relations ambassador will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
Cancelled : The order was cancelled by you or due to the possible unavailability of the item. It is also possible that payment for your order was not validated.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact customer service: our ambassadors will be happy to update you on the progress of your order.
Payment for purchases on the SCS PRESTIGE website is made by bank card from the “CB” network, Visa©, Eurocard©, Mastercard©, American Express©, Apple Pay©.
Payment for purchases can also be made via Paypal (except for telephone orders).
All transactions on SCSPRESTIGE.COM are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and payment information. Furthermore, SCS undertakes not to store any of your credit card details.
Finally, we're strengthening payment security with the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards that are equipped with it. An additional step takes place at the time of payment, verifying the cardholder's identity and validating the transaction.
Each bank has its own authentication. If you have any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, we invite you to contact your bank directly.

DELIVERIES
Your items can be delivered to your usual place of residence or to the address you provided when ordering online on our website SCSPrestige.com. Your items will be delivered to you as soon as payment for your order has been received, within 5 working days for "standard" deliveries and 2 working days for "express" deliveries.
